This loaf is baked from wheat grown in the Demeter Certified living soils of iconic farmer Barry Edwards south of Mildura in Victoria’s Mallee region. It has a nourishing, cakey interior redolent of bran and germ. The crust carries a delicious, sweet malt flavour. Mallee terroir baked into a loaf!
Ingredients:
Certified Bio-dynamic Stoneground Sifted Wheat Flour, Twice Filtered ‘Grander’ Water, Certified Bio-dynamic Sourdough Culture, Natural Sea Salt.
