Red Home Pantry artisan “preserves with passion” are the result of my upbringing in a household filled with the aroma of hand-made jams, marmalades, and sauces crafted by my mother using cherished family recipes. I was taught the traditional methods and continue to use these same recipes today. However, my love for innovation drives me to introduce unique preserves with interesting combinations of flavors.

As an outlet for my passion, I started selling my preserves at markets and special events. My preserves are free from artificial preservatives, colors, flavorings, or additives, allowing the natural flavor of Australian produce to shine through.

The majority of the fruit and vegetables used in my preserves are sourced directly from growers in Victoria and NSW, with some fruit coming from our own small orchard.
